A505 shut between Royston and Letchworth after lorry overturns

A roundabout between Royston and Letchworth has been closed after a lorry overturned on the A505.

The incident occured at the Baldock by-pass heading west towards the A1(M) at Letchworth.

The driver, a man, was uninjured.

Hertfordshire Highways was called to the scene after reported damage to the kerb.

Traffic is currently been diverted through Baldock but police are urging drivers to avoid the route through the town if they can.
