Villages in South Cambridgeshire are affected by an unexpected power cut, which is expected to be resolved by midnight.
The power cut is causing disruption in Shingay cum Wendy, Arrington, Croydon, Guilden Morden, Steeple Morden and Litlington.
Three postcode areas and 295 customers are affected.
A spokesperson for UK Power Networks said: "We're sorry for any disruption this may have caused you.
"As this was an unexpected power cut, we didn't know it was going to happen so we were unable to give you advanced notice.
"We estimate your power will be back on between 11pm and midnight.
"We may be able to get some customers on sooner.
"The timeframe may change and be extended depending on our investigations and the work involved to resolve the issue."
