Santa's elves are hiding around Royston town centre - and children are invited to find them for a chance to win a Christmas hamper.

The Royston Christmas Elf Trail runs from Saturday, November 26 to Sunday, December 11, and is for children aged 11 and under.

Children who find the 12 hidden elves in shop windows and answer the questions correctly will be entered into the prize draw to win a hamper of treats, donated by Ladds of Royston.

Paper entry forms and maps can be found at the Jolly Postie, Glazed Creations and Ladds, or can be downloaded at https://roystonfirst.com/elf.

This year there is also a digital trail entry form, so families can complete the trail using their phone.

After participants have finished the trail, entry forms can be dropped off at The Manor House, emailed to info@roystonfirst.com or submitted via the digital form.

When returning entry forms to The Manor House, entrants can also receive a free hot drink and 20 per cent off any food purchased.

Participants can share their photos on Royston First's Facebook page and Instagram using the hashtag #RoystonElves.

Winners will be announced on the Facebook page @RoystonFirst at 4pm on Monday, December 12.
