HORMEAD Hares Under-13s were extremely unlucky to lose 2-1 against Markhall.

A fantastic all round team performance kept the Markhall players and parents on tenterhooks until the final whistle.

After some early pressure Hares went a goal down but battled back to level the score before half time with a well taken strike from Jamie Stimson, but a goal from Markhall after the break gave them the win.
