BASSINGBOURN Youth began brightly against a well organised Arlesey Town side but were soon 1-0 down.

Goals by Matthew Tiffin and Jake Keeble gave Bassingbourn a well earned half-time lead but Arlesey dominated the second half and Bassingbourn were unable to convert their chances.

Arlesey hit five unanswered second half goals and although they were deserved winners the final score was harsh on the home team.
