Moved to Rome in August from March as my husband works here now. My son is in the local Private English school and we are loving it - 8 kids in a class that is so much better. Learning is far more fun here and of course lunch is always pasta.
The weather is better, the wine is better and social life is more family orientated.
March - I miss my friends there and being able to just pop to the shops and pick up foods I recognise or pop to Next to buy some clothes, but prefer living here.
I gues what she's trying to say is everone in England SUCKS!! oh well hope you enjoy Rome.
I certainly did not imply that anyone or everyone sucks!!
I just said that the food, weather is good here and I love living here. It would be good if UK schools could offer the same as they do here, and im not just talking about the size of the classrooms. Its a much more varied curriculum.
Life here is very easy. But I will be happy to return to live in the UK when our time comes to return.
